Preorder Timeline

Pan Dulce Pals™ Concha Plushes are currently available for preorder and are estimated to ship in October 2026.

Production and international transit timelines are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, customs, carrier, weather, or other unexpected delays.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact affected customers with an updated estimate and provide the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

U.S. Shipping Rates

• Orders below $59.98: $8.99 standard shipping

• Orders of $59.98 or more: Free standard U.S. shipping

Available shipping destinations are determined during checkout. We currently ship only to eligible U.S. addresses accepted by our checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at hello@pandulcepals.com if an address needs to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking is emailed after shipment. Carrier transit estimates begin only after the package has been transferred to the carrier and do not include the preorder production period.

Pan Dulce Pals™ is not responsible for carrier delays after shipment, but we will assist with available carrier claims and tracking issues.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
